I've always thought one of the secrets to his groove was that he doesn't always play the high hat on the snare beats and he opens the hat a little on the beat before the snare hit.anyway, thanks! It's been said that on songs like 'Beast Of Burdon' Charlie actually lags so far behind that he catches back up with himself at some point ( like the band laps him on the race track) .... Whether this is actually true or not I'm not sure.... But you can definately hear a 'catch up beat' of sorts on 'Beast' quite clearly at one point. Chris

Good to hear ya Bill! I think the drum fills are a little too busy, but obviously, I have a lot to learn...

Hey, Bill....I'm stopping by for a quick critique while I got a little energy, hehe (will critique other songs when I get the time), but I really LOVE your lyrics....your stuff always jazzes me. The only thing....is it just me or does the musical track behind the vocal sound a little scratchy? It could be my laptop speakers, I dunno. Anyway, great job overall!Good to see you back too.

I haven't had a chance to listen yet but the title suggests it could be a fit for my Post-Divorce Suite.Cam
