Wow, heinsite! This is a winner!!! I absolutely love the upbeat feel to the song. You asked specifically about the vocals-- I LOVE them!!!! They've got the emotions in there, and the with that killer chorus lift, well... it's just going to be a matter of time here before you and this song get some SERIOUS placements. What a killer song indeed!!!! I'm IMPRESSED!!! Uh... did I already say I LOVE LOVE LOVE the chorus?!! Great lift-- and I especially LOVE those little twists in your chord progressions (YUM!)! Nice to hear those interesting "travel" rhymes, and your harmonies are delicious little ear candies! This song is so full of hooks, I've already listened to it twice, waiting to hear that chorus part. Yum.Heinsite, you had better keep us posted on your successes with this song!!! You better!! Okay... I've got to go listen to this song again.... Raags

Great track, Warren! I love the chorus. The melody/chords are really smooth. Vocals sound great, too. Congrats.

Yeah, Warren--great rockin' song with a super smooth production--pro all around! "Let's Drive" is a hooky title and you did a good job highlighting it. I think you could have repeated a few more times in each chorus, but that's minor. I wouldn't be surprised if somebody asked for remix that gave more repetition, so hold on to those individual tracks.Congrats!Vince

Re: Re-sing, any better?
Hi Warren- This is a really good song. You have a knack for writing these oddball songs that we don't here enough these days. At times it seems like the key shifts, but you bring it back & it all makes sense. Those chord changes are magic, like the first time you heard the Beatles doing that kinda thing. I suspect some folks here could be jealous of your alternative approach to genius thinking. I think I am.The singer works for the song, if that's what your question was. My only problem with the production is that it sounds like it came from a bunch of paid studio whores who don't have the compassion or inspiration to take this further than it could have gone. I don't know where you're pitching this too, but it has a real pop vibe. I would think that you'll get plenty of returns with this, only because it's unique & you're committed to doing your own thing. So, an extra 10 points just for that.See you in Hollywood!Cheers,Wade

Wade, you nailed it with your description of Warren's genius side. Nice to see others "get it" too.Cam
