Thanks devin--I noticed the same thing on "our"--it was tough to sing, so the vocalist (not me) probably just went right through the syllable without breathing/emphasizing. I'll see what I can do in the mix.V>

Sounds good 1st listen. Something about the low end - I want to feel that bass and drum pound my chest with punch. There's a pop around 1:02. Vocals may be just a little hot but I could be wrong about that. 2nd listen sounds real good. You did a real nice job on the vocals IMO. Instruments are really good. Have you ABed the mix with some thing else in that genre? It seems very very close. Mastering may just put it over the top. 3rd listen maybe get the bottom to punch a little more and sink the vocals just a tiny bit. I could be completely wrong but those are just things I would try.Great Job!!!!!!Kitz

Thanks Kitz, paul--I'll listen again for the low end next time through the mix. I played the instruments here, but the vocalist recorded remotely--I think he uses an AKG C414.V>
