Sorry, I'm prone to blusteryness. I'm just really focused on this tune right now and your response felt like a slight. In retrospect I'm sure it was meant just to be funny. When I was in 6th grade I had a friend named Ian who said "pip pip cheerio and all that sort of rot" so Ian is the guy who say's pip pip. It always cracked me up.

NP elser ... and I won't tell you what to do or how to be but do understand, I don't take the world all that seriously. if I did, I'd keel you all.btw - ending ... either crash and burn it out OR fade it out on a reasonable slide ... what you had there was a superfast fade that just felt cut off. I personally like shocking cut offs, but only when they sound intended. planned ... this sounds like sloppy stuff ...

Hey elser,The mix has great energy and punch overall. The top end is a bit sizzly on my crappy PC speakers though. The hi-hat especially stands out.I hear what you mean about the low end, although I think the mix and production still sell the song well. However, if you can find a way to get that bass more solid, than more power to ya! Overall sounds very good!

hey elser!!i dig this tune, another kinda cool blend of several styles--mostly older, with a great production IMHO--don't personally have any gripes about the mix or production except the vocals, see below--great overal performance, kinda tower of power horn feel, lyrics are apro-po for the genre--only ONE complaint--i can't make out some of the words without the lyrics sheet (thanks BTW), and in this one i want to HEAR ALL OF THEM!! that's a compliment, tho a bit backhanded, but not meant that way--just listened without the lyrics first like always, and couldn't get some of them in the verses until i read the lineup card, great job man, paul stole the best line--but i'll repeat--took a shine to this!!the best, warren

damn, that's it cj--robert palmer, that handsome dude--i was thinking about him the other day (no, not in THAT way) heard an old tune by him, and wondered what the heck ever happened to him--yeah, robet palmer meets tower of power horn section...the best,whOH PS FORGOT THE FIRS TIME AND HAD TO COME BACK--lose the fade, just BAM finish it. no fade....forgot it until cj brought it up..
