I'll send you the address of my therapist works really well!I think if it were mine I'd have a think about the chorus, if you can get something out on paper you might see the rest gradually fall into place. But, I think this is also nice as it is

This is great mood music. There are quite a few things you could do with this. It would be great as background for a commercial, just like it is with absolute no re-writes. Also I agree with earlier comments that it could be music for the credits to a movie. Although, if you were to go that route, I would change the strings slightly because there are times that this briefly sounds a little too much like Pachelbel's canon in D Major. sounding like another piece is ok for commercials but it's tricky when it's music for the credits.Another way this could go is adding lyrics and a melody. This would be good as a song.

I've never even heard of that, so it wasn't subconsciousness there! I'm going to seek it out though and see what you mean.Nice comments.thank you.Dave.update: Found it on YouTube. Never knew the name of the piece, or who wrote it, but of course it is very famous.I'm getting worried about this track now. Clapton! Pachelbel!

Hey Dave, bring up the bass & drums & tighten up the kick and bass . See if you can do it in less than 30 yrs. because I'd like to hear the finished song

Right, I've brought the drums and bass up,and tightened the bass and kick Bill. Also brought the acoustic guitar up and dropped the strings a bit.Let's see if that brings Elvis out Kitz! Please let me know what you think second time round.http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... tream=true

Hi Dave,This tune is catchy and I agree that it conjures up images of potential movie scenes. Congratulations.I also agree with Bill on bringing up the bottom end and drums. One other thought, have you considered taking the tempo down just a notch? I believe that it would be more in line with the "Farewell" theme and perhaps let the soul of your guitar line ring out still further. This might require a different type of drum/bass rhythm, but I believe it could be worth trying.Good luck!Al

It could actually be done quite a bit slower.Good point, and I'll look at doing it for another version. Can't hurt to have several to submit.Maybe even some lyrics for another cut!Hey, might get an album out of one tune! Cheers,Dave.

Dave, this works man, l like it. Instantly reminded me of the Honeydrippers version of Sea of Love. The intro felt abit off to me, maybe a bit busy though. Second time through and I really like that bending guitar stuff, reminicent of David Gilmore on a acoustic! ;-) wta
