Re: Autumn Breeze Remixed
Been listening to the evolution of this, and I hear great progress, and how cool to be getting this kind of feedback from the forum! One thing I hear that distracts me a bit (and I may be alone in this) is the keyboard at 0:16 does a descending line which sounds very "midi" to me ... if it were me, I'd a lower velocity, and overlap the notes to make it more legato, less distinct articulation - with the goal of a more natural live piano-player feel. That's my 2cents, and probably worth every penny!

No one else said it bothers them, but I'm not married to it either.Tony does that kind of phrase all the time. It's played in real time, no midi.Wig

This is very nice Wig! Sounds like it could be the perfect "mood" piece for a lot of situations. You know, as I'm listening to it I'm thinking that it might be better without the "kit" drums. Maybe some kind of hand drums & other percussion instead. Just a thought. Good track!

Thanks very much, Bill. I might try to remove the drums and see what a tam and shaker sounds like. Try to be more minimalist. I appreciate your listening. Wig
