Ambient/downtempo forward

Post by llama » Wed Mar 12, 2008 2:22 pm

I'm excited for this one and happy to be forwarded and for the encouraging screener comments. Was finding it hard to get motivated and put nose to grindstone due to some bacteria or virus that decided I was a good candidate for colonization. But anyway I'll stop whining now.....The listing was:AMBIENT/DOWNTEMPO/CHILL OUT SONGS & INSTRUMENTALS a la Massive Attack, Tosca, Zero 7, Morcheeba, DJ Shadow, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Portishead, Thievery Corporation, etc. are wanted by an Austrian Production Co. for an upcoming CD compilation to be released in Europe via a Major Label.Track was forwarded before as "erotic". (I love that catogorization).Requiem in Ultraviolet:http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... trueThanks screener 267Derek

Hey Derek,Congratulations! Nice work! Not familiar with any of the a la's, but regardless, this has a smooth vibe to it. Nice muted trumpet. Good background effects too! This deserved forwarding.ibanez468

Thanks every one for your kind messages. Love the support here......Since I picked up a strange bug over the weekend and I have kind of fevered dreams. I thought I'd try to use the semi conscious state to come up with some fresh musical ideas......strange thing is that all I came up with is Kenny G style smooth jazz...WEIRD!!!Derek
