acoustic guitar/piano one more..

Post by orest » Tue Sep 16, 2008 4:09 am

I have submitted 4 songs now. And I got REALLY mad today. I thought I could spend some time composing and make some fine adjustments to my songs with my new software called "akoustik piano" by Native instruments. But..of course..nothing worked! It was very complicated to install the program and register it. First you had to register a license key, then you were forced to download another application and register it online. 30 meg download. It had to be down it the same computer, and I only have a very slow mobile broadband in my studio. Finally it went well, but when I started Logic, nothing happened. It couldn't be found amongst the AU instruments. I opened the program separately, and it said something about: not all sustain and pedal functions are installed, would you like to move it to another folder - yes or no. You had to make a choice, i pressed yes, nothing happened, i pressed no, nothing happened, and I could not work in the program itself. Is it just crap? Native instrument? I have a moog and a brass program, and it works just fine with logic! The songs - www.taxi.com/orestnight passage (already forwarded to another listing)knock (piano version)someonea flower

Hey orest This was the first time I have been to your Taxi site. I really like your work. I especially took a liking to Cargo cool song. Maybe one of us or all of us will get a forward out of this one. Good luck to you. mild Bill
