Re: Ragtime Feedback please
I really like it, but it's more ragtime and less Joplin-esque. Mostly I think due to the tempo. I'd give it a whack, I'm sure they need a variety of tempos and styles. I submitted one as well that I wrote for the listing. I'd welcome feedback on http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... am=1Thanks!

Mine too. But, like you, it's just another one in the can waiting for it's moment. I would appreciate any feedback anyone has on mine, as well, in case I should tweak it for future pitches.http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... thanks!-s-

Re: Ragtime Feedback please
Hi Stan,Nice Rag, I enjoyed it very much... and it was IMHO as good as many of the other rag types submitted. The only comment I have is in the forte to piano dynamics, to me it seemed as if the dynamics were made by just lowering the volume on the mix as opposed to being played forte to piano. When listening to it, at first I thought there was a problem with my players volume cutting out. Other than that I really liked it.Bob

Re: Ragtime Feedback please
I actually tweaked the velocity in places instead of volume. But, I probably should have left the original performance alone. I have the pre-tweaked version, maybe I'll remix/master it and see if it gets a better response. Thanks for the input!-s-
