Hey Bugzy/Cultutrevi, Not sure what you prefer:)I listened and I think you've got skillz:) I wish the vocals were more upfront, a lot seems to be buried in the background. Meylin adds a lot of real flavor to this. The Chorus is catchy and very commercial(Mass appeal) I think you might benefit from a more harder and edgier beat or Pump the one you have already up a hundred fold. I can see the potential in this, I hope this helps a bit:) Looking forward to hearing more from you!- Dana

Hey Bugzy,I agree with dayson1, the vocals seem a bit muddled in the mix, it's not the levels (so DONT add volume to the vox), so maybe try do some eq on the other instruments to make space for the vox...The song is hot, catchy chorus, but not sure about the female vox part (not the singer) just sounds like there's more she could do with her voice.I think in some places added a little variation to the kick drum, maybe once in awhile, throw in a quick double kick in the first part of the verseThis is what I mean (if this makes sense at all)|----------s--------------s-------||b-b---b-------b--b----b----b----| Oh well I hope it makes sense otherwise I'm rambling on here like a mad mofo....Nice track anyway dude, keep it up!

Hey Bugzy,I listened to a few tracks and I must say you have some serious rhyming skillz. I loved that line "So I started my own label/And I signed myself". I think you are developing a definite style for yourself as a rapper. Right now you still have a little bit of your influences in your delivery. I hear a little NAS, Jay Z, and some Kanye mixed in there.I know I'm supposed to be commenting on the track so my POV is like the others say. Your vocal is either mixed down to low or not EQed to make the most impact.The track itself is IMO weak for a Hip-Hop track. The beatz just ain't kickin'. I don't know if you're the producer or if you have someone else composing the tracks for you, but that is where you need to have something to shine on. You have the skillz to really cut loose with the right beatz underneath. A good example of how beatz mean so much is on the latest 50cent record. He has mad skillz and yet I didn't care because the record sounds tired and played out with the exception of Ayo Technology. See what I'm sayin'I just wasn't feeling it on the tracks and in this genre you gotta feel it. That's my alloted 2 cents,All the best,Cisco

hey --- THANKS for the feedback everybody!!!! glad that people actually take the time to listen to other people's stuff here. i personally love listening to other up-and-comers' music! i appreciate the feedback - seems like everyone is pretty much on the same page. which is a good thing, because then I can target what i need to fix. i actually agree with the vocal comments. we can go back and work on some of that.as far as the beat --- its a little tough because the song is in context of an album and not a single, but i definitely hear what you are all saying. i dont produce the tracks myself, but i assist in the production. so im REALLY involved - i just dont actually push the buttons lol. i might just go back and mess with it a bit. thanks again!and gracias Cisco for taking the time to listen to some of the other tracks i have up there. im definitely gonna be sticking around and will be listening to a bunch of everyone's music. its funny you mentioned me still having my influences in my music - because my producer YZ is ALWAYS forcing me to not do those things. im constantly throwing a jay-z or kanye or beanie catchphrase or tone in there and he's always stopping me!!!! i guess i still have a ways to go.anyways - thanks guys and gals! and ill listen to anything you guys (and gals) put up for sure!!!-Bugz
