Epic?
I decided to throw my hat in the ring for:EPIC/DRAMATIC ORCHESTRAL INSTRUMENTALS (no vocals) a la NFL Films productions are sought by the Music Supervisor of a major cable TV sports network. Tracks that "move" with energy are important -- think marching down a football field, for example. Marching band-type tracks will work, as will tracks that incorporate brass/wind instruments, but all orchestral instrumentation is OKCheck it out herehttp://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_id=58751&stream=1thanks for listening,Amos

Re: Epic?
That's pretty hot! I would've liked to hear the hi bandwidth version. I keep hearing a deep (more bass than tenor) male choir during the middle piece from about :34 to :52 or so. Blended behind the music. Not sure if it would've been appropriate for the listing. But it would be pretty cool.Great track.

Man, good job, it sounds good, a little dark but they do a variety of shows with different themes so I don't think that will be a problem. The voice thingy didn't stand out on my crap speakers so I can't comment on that one way or the other but the track in nice... Geo

Hey Amos, I think you've done a good job, I watch sports and this sounds like the kind of stuff they use, as well as lots of heavy guitar rock stuff. Just to be nit picky (that's what we do here isn't it?) the low brass sounds like it's hitting a little late to me, you might tighten up the attack in your ADSR or just nudge those tracks forward a little bit so the notes strike earlier. The melodic excursion at 40 seconds seems to go a little out for me, you might try and stay closer the original theme. It is a good place to stretch a little, I just thought it might have gone too far. Good luck. Elser
