I wouldn't say there were any set rules as such, but a preparedness for the odd scuffle comes in very useful

Quote: There's no need for verbal bashing. Without Matto posting as often any more, Vikki and Dave have become my voices of REASON, on the boards here.So welcome Stix, I was out of line yesterday. Sometimes I gravitate towards mischief. I also get my fair share of criticism.

Quote:Most of us on here spend a good deal of our time making our own music. We make time in our day to listen and comment on other peoples work.It can be interesting to hear the work of others, and sometimes educational.I think I've asked twice for comments on my songs, but I've listened to many more. On and off the forum. To survive on this forum you must first undertand the ways of the JD I've had quite a bit of ribbing from him, and I quite like him.I'd rather have the brutal truth than dressed up lies. I'm fond of JD too. When I first started posting here, he seemed like the board villain, but really, he's just mischievious and underneath all that, I've seen some kindness too. And he grows on you, sort of like a toenail fungus. He's always been nice to me...(that could change, oh Gawd, hehe), so I guess I am biased.

Dang, I'm one of those people who don't review stuff on the boards because of my computer, but if anyone wants to PM me, I can review a song or two...it will take me a while 'coz I have to use plug in speakers on an old rickety laptop, and sometimes, the music comes out in broken syllables, but a few people will vouch for me that I have reviewed their music, and I do try to take the time to write something helpful. Oh, I want a new computer so bad.

Good song. Flows nicely. Great production. A touch of irony is always a good thing. Thanks for sharing.......................................peace!

Hey... I liked the tune. Good solo too. I'm not so big on the vibrato voice bits, but that's more a matter of personal taste. Overall, I was impressed. I'm curious about the acoustic guitar. How was it recorded?Dave
