Now it sounds Dancey an Funky. It's funny what effect a few subtle changes can have. I think this one is much better.I agree with Dogs on the vocals. I'd like to hear less effect on the lead vocal here, and add or keep that effect on the backing vocals.

Songwriter, this is very reminiscent of Sting (Desert Rose). You've got quite a good head for song writing. Very nice work. I like how you use the human voice as a fill instrument. What equipment do you use? - Matt

Really dig the song man. As a 22 year old "pop enthusiaist"...if you want to make it more current I would do everything you can to stray from the "Sting reminiscents" as someone stated. Simplify the track just a little and use some processed but simple bgv's to fill it out. Much more emphasis on the kick and snare. Crucial part of an pop song...I think you have good placement for them but they need to be more obvious. I like that it has an electronic feel but it's a little too much. Refer to Rihanna's "Umbrella" for a good balance.
