Thanks everybody! I appreciate your time and feedback. I submitted this, so we'll see what they have to say

Sounds like it belongs in a tense thriller. Good clean piece. I think it's good to go.

The Taxi screener disagrees with your feedback on this piece. He/she feels the composition needs work.listing - A new Music Library specializing in drama music only needs a wide variety of DRAMA INSTRUMETALS for projects including TV, promos, trailers, advertising, industrials and scoring. They’re seeking dark/moody type tracks that would work well in dramatic scenes of all kinds. He’s open to styles such as Traditional Orchestral, Modern Orchestral, Rock, Electronic, and Jazz.Response: Style - On target for this listing. The opening felt on target, the sections with the timpani, less so.Sound Quality - well recorded. Solid production values and sound quality.Overall Comments: Vikki - This piece was at its most effective during the sparser opening, with good use of sounds and timbres. Loved the way you moved the same note from instrument to instrument - an effective technique. The use of space is a good thing to keep in mind for most Film/TV scoring purposes, as dialogue needs room without too many competing sounds in the frequency range of the voice. Where you lost me in this piece was the timpani on every quarter note section with the descending triplet-y wind lines. At that point, the reality of the samples used decreased greatly and the writing felt a bit awkward. I felt you had more dramatic tension in the earlier sections. The main reason you were or were not forwarded for this listing is: The second, back-of-hand-on-forehead sounding, timpani dominated section. (Maybe you can get BJ to play it - I can't - I've sent them another email)
