Demo reviews

Post by happy » Wed Mar 01, 2006 5:33 pm

For some reason I can't get my Broadjam site to go directly to my homepage. I changed one of my songs a bit and made it shorter by cutting the first time through the chorus in half. I also gave the song a different sound. If you would be so kind as to go in to www.broadjam.com and type in Diane Thompson under the search and give my song "Somehow This Time" a listen, I would sure appreciate it.

Maybe try www.broadjam.com/Happy/. I'm not sure if it will come up or not. Please let me know if you are being directed to my site. Thanks much. I've only uploaded one song "Somehow This Time".

Hi DiThe saddest words were "I've only uploaded one song" I've pretty much abandoned Broadjam myself , because of issues similar to what you seem to be experiencing ... and know of others who have returned to soundclick for more reliable posting access . I got to listen by going to www.broadjam.com/Happy/.and then pasting the song title into search ...... but it was well worth the effort .If I had a small nit , it would be the sensation that the vocals are being pushed to compete for the lead with the piano in many parts . At the end of the song , when the piano is backed off (so as to compliment the vocals) .... the vocals are no longer competing ..... and they provide a beautiful tone .Well done !Don

DiI couldnt get to "Happy"... You should contact broadjam customer service. Maybe there is confusion as to what you declared your webpage name as... Their customer service is usually very good... Casey
