I feel so dumb as if I've been stuck in a chain letter scam for so long and have only now realised I've been duped by deaf screeners and some faceless people with important sounding titles (some with 5 stars as if they've been to Vietnam) on this forum.To cut to the chase there is is no way I'm wasting any more time or money on this service since a brief due diligence on Taxi which should have been carried out before joining reveals massive rot.I've already had my song "Let Go" placed through my own efforts and to confirm how wrong Taxi got it in their latest critique said it sucks.There's so much stuff on Google where people have even done their own versions of say a Beatle song as required in a listing only to have it rejected.What does that say?It's a win win win situation for Taxi;who cares about the impoverished artist.Ignore what I say and check out some of the comments.It's unbelievable and proves Taxi is just a cashpoint.I have also checked out some of the artists mentioned in the testimonials hoping to find that some surely have now become the equivalent of Elton John and suggest you do the same.I will not make any further comment in this regard .See http://cdbaby.org/stories/04/12/25/1439799.html for general opinions on Taxi.Good Luck everyone and stop deluding yourself.You can do it alone and free of cost.

Yeah, that seems like an appropriate link. No, the first link works. What about? All I saw was some people said good things, others (some anonymous) said bad things. What is so special about that? You would have more too if you posted more. Put on a sunny disposition and stop insulting people. BTW, I have only seen posts deleted here when people talk about politics or religion, there are a lot of posts here from disgruntled people bashing Taxi and they have not been deleted. If you want to waste your time looking for them instead of employing that time to write music, be my guest.And Im sorry if am not being polite, but Im tired of getting insulted as a member of Taxi just because it works for me!

People wanting to generate music to the industry really ought to do more homework.The big points in all of the usual rants about TAXI always come down to two ideas: 1) $300 is a lot of money, and 2) it's a "scam".But time and time again, we learn that TAXI does what it says it does. I've seen pictures of Michael Laskow in the daylight so I don't buy the vampire angle.But the biggest delusion is thinking $300 is a lot of money. Try selling song in Nashville...they won't listen to your song if it isn't a pro demo...a pro demo done in Nashville by Nashville musicians for that matter. $1000 just to HAVE something to submit, assuming they're willing to listen to your submission.I won't bother to continue the expense list...it goes on and on, and in the end, all these shrill alarms begin to sound the same to me.It was NEVER easy to break into the industry. Anyone willing to do it should be willing to invest something. If you don't want to pay $300, then count up all the time, energy, and money it will take you to go it on your own...and good luck with that. Let us know if you find any coupons anywhere.
