Uhhhh insight?
uh hey first time users here and we submited a custom critique about 3 days ago. about how long does it usually take to get the actual feedback?

It can be anything from hours to over a week. It all depends on how busy they are with listing deadlines etc. Hang in there, shouldn't be too long.
