I think it really fits that genre.AlAl,Thanks for the listen. That's a good suggestion to submit for smooth jazz. Cheers!!Mazz

imagine if John Williams and Trent Reznor met at Bernard Hermann's for lunch and Brian Eno was the head chef!

Thanks man,Bass is a plug in called MiniMonsta. It sounds really good, IMO. Is it as good as a real MiniMoog? I don't know, but it works for me.Mazz

Hopefully this example will be of some assistance to others as well.Yeah Mazz, this is exactly why I've posted a coupla' times that when I'm putting somethin' together, I'm constantly looking at the listing and reading it over & over & over again, and looking for those KEY words (like "HIGH ENERGY" or "VARIATIONS & DYNAMIC SHIFTS") in the description, so as not to stray off target, 'cause it's so easy ta' do. And I try to put things in the composition that address those exact descriptions. I'm sure you do too, but like I said, it's easy to stray, IMO, if you're not looking at that listing's description from time to time, just to give you a reminder of where you're suppose to be trying to go with the piece. Especially with the long description you had with that particular listing. That's alot of reading there, and alot to absorb. Good piece regardless! I-468

My synth bass heros are Stevie Wonder, Herbie Hancock, Billy Preston, Bernie Worrell and Earth, Wind and Fire amongst others. The sound influences the playing. Finding the right sound is very important to how the final part feels.Cheers!!Mazz
