Hi dgnats, Did you remove a post here? I only see it starting with earblast now... Anyway, this is a nice little tune-- it's upbeat, though a little more of a slower swing feel to it. Might be my media player, but it sounds like it has a 1sec or more dead space at the end, which you won't want to have for a 20sec cut (from my understanding). Imagine the images on the tv going for a full 20 seconds and the music stopping 1sec+ before-- that would be awkward. So I'd run it out to exactly 20 sec. Good luck to you with the forward on this one!Raags

Hey Raags,The song actually comes to 19.883 seconds...was having a real problem with my DAW trying to get mp3 files to stop at exactly 20 seconds. It kept adding .160 of a second to the mix...I think it should be close enough, as my .wav file wasn't effected, coming in at 19.998 seconds. Thanks!

Glad it's working now - feels a little slow as compared to the tempo and energy of the reference tracks. I think the melody and tone are on the right track - just need to kick it up a couple of notches and get a little crazy with it... or if you're grooving with this tempo - throw some surprises at it....

But I think the overall flavor is right.
