King Of The Hill #2
HeyWasn't sure whether to continue in the other thread or start a new one??ONE OF THE PRODUCERS OF "KING OF THE HILL" NEEDS MAIN TITLE FOR NEW SERIES that will be airing on a Major Network. He's looking for a 20 second INSTRUMENTAL that is happy, bright, bouncy, uptempo and makes you want to dance. Stylistically, he wants to hear a cheery song with a world music flavor. This comedy is centered around multi-cultural issues and therefore the "World" element is crucial to capture the true heart of the series. Wanted to link to a thought I had on this listing...will also write a couple to more closely follow the reference tracks, but thought this might be fun.Thoughts are most appreciated. My next step is to give the tonality a bit more of a "world" flavor outside of the percussion....http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... trueThanks All.

Sounds bouncy to me, I think it needs more of a promiment kind of melody but I think you are working on that.

i love the feel of this song, the guitar parts sound great! reminds me of the bee gee's a bit. not sure about the "world" flavor aspect but it is catchy.check the ending, i hear a click, maybe a mouse.

Re: King Of The Hill #2
For sure this is bright and bouncy in my opinion. Funny thing happened on my side. iTunes played your piece, which fits the 20 sec requirement, then the next song in my iTunes playlist started, which is kind of a jazzy r&b piece, and your piece sound like a perfect intro to it! Anyway I thought that was funny. I'm not as familiar with the 'world' genre, but for the bright, bouncy and uptempo, this sounded to me like it is right on the mark. Good luck with this one!
