New strange listing?

I was reading the new listings and found this under INSTRUMENTAL: NEW LISTING -- "GOOD TIME" SONGS IN ALL GENRES are needed by an established LA-based Independent Music Publisher. This Publisher has signed dozens of TAXI writers and is now looking for more material for a compilation CD project that will be marketed via Wineries and Wine Shops. THESE SONGS need to have VOCALS (male or female) and the lyrics should focus on light topics such as having a good time, enjoying friends, being in love, romance, etc..I thought instrumental meant no vocal

Well, I wouldn't, it costs me a lot of money to call from Sweden. But mail perhaps? I think they will notice this soon enough anyway!
