Hey everyone. I'm looking at the new DISPATCH listing for Country/Alt. Country Songs. Unfortunately none of my songs are straight up country, but some are close. If you could have a listen to this one and give me you .02, I'd really appreciate it. thanks!MatherCOUNTRY SONGS IN ALL STYLES (Traditional, Contemporary, Alternative, Crossover) areneeded urgently by an Independent Record Label who is recording a Compilation CD fora HUGE car company in Europe. They're most interested in current-sounding tracks, but amore traditional approach will be considered as well. These songs will not bere-recorded, so be sure the demo sounds great! They’re looking for a blend ofcovers and originals, so feel free to send a little of both! If you send a coversong, be sure you have proper clearances and rights. Oh man, this sounds perfect to me, especially for a car co."...each one different, always different, never the same..."the melody is familiar but i can't put my finger on itreminds me of Ryan Adams a bit.sounds like a winner to me, you absolutely must submit this.

Mather, this is an awesome song! I love it. This song is an absolute froward/placement in my opinion. I could hear this song being used in a lot of situations. You should also submit this to the alt/country ala Ryan Adams listing if the deadline hasn't past -

Is it alt country? In a word, no. I would describe it as Folk.
