CurvesJumped in my square little jobber, took the fastest way to townwond'ring why someone so straight-laced, was with the wildest gal aroundthen I pulled into a Denny's, with Norman Rockwells on the wallold paintings of scenes and people, I was too young to recallwell, I forgot about my troubles, looking at the way things werea skinny waitress took my order, but I hardly looked at herI was staring at a painting, covered in hist'ry and dustit was a Coca-Cola bottle, and the first thing I noticed wascurves from top to bottomlike the shape of real women's hipsbeauty askin' to be touched bymy eyes and fingertipsthat bottle was only made froma red label and some glassbut it captured my mem'rywith something as simple as...curvesand the picture hung beside it, looked like a '40 Fordit had shiny half-moon fenders, woman on the runningboardnow the style of that old classic, has gone the way of faded ghostsmy ride is aluminum and plastic, but what it lacks the mostis curves from top to bottomlike the lines of a woman's lipsbeauty askin' to be touched bymy eyes and fingertipsthat old Ford was only made fromsteel, leather and some glassbut it captured my mem'rywith something as simple as...curveswell, I took a winding two-lane, for a wild ride home againthought how love is sweeter, when you can't see 'round the bendcos my gal does the unexpected, and sometimes gets on my last nervebut love'd be dull with someone, who didn't throw some curvesyeah, she captures my spiritwith something as simple as curves(c)2006 Robert George

I really enjoy reading your lyrics. Your imagery is so vivid, and you know how to tell a good story. And you have a unique way of putting things, in a clever kind of way. All I can say is to keep writing.
