Thank you Mazz and Geoff! I am amazed every time I watch it at how emotional it really is. I had planned to go a totally different direction with the music but was told last minute that the producer wanted something very simple. That turned out being perfect. (what I originally wrote was for piano and strings and was much more complex)~ Lydia

Hey Lydia,I watched this trying to concentrate on your music, but I got caught up in the story and was totally immersed in it. When it was over I thought, "oh, I was supposed to listen to the score" but what I'm trying to say is the whole thing works so well together that I just enjoyed it like it was intended.Congrats and great job to everyone!

Thank you RLD! That is what happens to me too. The story grabs me every time. Maybe it's good I wrote the music without watching the picture or I would never have gotten it done... -------We are finishing a 4 minute cut for a different festival this week. Hopefully it gets accepted. I'll let you know.
