I liked reading that, most we all know to some extent. But you dont see too much of it all written in one article. I'm afraid - dare I say - that 'Fame' may become a thing of the past. Younger fans /artist are no longer as 'starstruck' by anything or anybody. Computers as wonderful as they may be - have forever planted a seed of "doubt' in the observer/listeners head - as far as what their actually experiencing and how much 'real or raw' talent went into its creation. Reality television, Youtube, Myspace..... have all contributed to the dilution of fame or at least its impact. Who knows whats in store for us all ....... Chris

like derek sivers formally at cdbaby used to say "do you want to sell 100,000 CDs signed to a label and make $10,000 or sell 10,000 CDs as an indie and make $100 ,000 for yourself?" easy math for me....now I just have to sell 9,998 more CDs somehow.
