Dude-Yeah this is a pretty nice little "mood piece". I can definitely imagine it being useful to the right film/tv project. One suggestion, though. It takes a bit too long to develop into the melody, and a potential listener might not have the patience to get through the intro.Over all, very nice though. Absolutely submit it!!!!

Howdy ephlat666 Thanks for your input....You are right about the intro...it is a little long and you are not the first to say so....and I agree. I did submit it and somehow I feel that I might just here the same thing from taxi if they don't forward it. But I am hoping they will and if the song is good enough to make to a movie screen, I'm sure they could cut it down to the size they want. Or have me do it for them... guess I should have done it before I sent it in to be reviewed.Oh well ....we shall soon see ....revewing started on 2/22/2007Thanks again

Yep I agree. It's got a nice feel to it. Probably good for Film or TV.The intro is way too long in my opinion. I think I clocked it at over 1m 30s.I remember an A&R system of old when they had piles of tapes and CD's in front of them. Some of them set themselves some rules to get through the pile quicker. The songs would be rejected if:1) Vocals weren't heard within the first 30 seconds.2) The chorus didn't start within the first minute.A severe rule, but they had to do it to be able to realistically get through the mountain of audio so that they could see out of their window again. There were a few exceptions to the rule. If the song had a killer intro. it probably escaped the eject button for longer.Saying that. The impression I get is that taxi will listen to the entire track, but I'm quite sure they will make comment on the intro.
It's been said that I have Murderous eyes.
