Big Band Listing co-writer needed

Seeking a co-writer for the below listing. Have a lyric/melody idea that could be great with some work. Would be happy to split the cost of a pro demo if/when required.NEW LISTING -- ORIGINAL JAZZ & BIG BAND SONGS are wanted by an established Music Publisher in Los Angeles. This company specializes in Film/TV placements and has signed many TAXI members. Stylistic approaches, eras and tones are flexible here - you can think in a wide range from 40s/50s Jazz to more contemporary/current sounds. Be sure that your performances are great and the lyrics are universal enough to be applicable to many different placement opportunities. For this one, please only submit songs with vocals - male or female vocals are just fine. These songs must be recorded at Broadcast Quality (excellent home recordings OK). All tempos will be considered. They offer a non-exclusive, 50/50 split deal - you keep your original copyrights. Broadcast quality needed. Please submit one to three songs online or per CD.
