4 out of 7 submissions I've sent in have been forwarded so far - not a bad ratio. I just thought some people here might be interested in listening to the tracks that got forwarded. The listings were:S050804EL (Tracks were 'Last Train' and 'Thirteen Years')S060103EL (Track was an audio montage - no longer up on Broadjam)D060223TE (Track was 'Tunnels')D060223DB (Track was 'Last Train' again...)Anyway - just thought some might be interested in hearing what tracks got forwarded to these listings. Hey Blacker,Congrats on the forwards! A high ration indeed. Since Taxi is about the music AND about getting the right song to the right listing, it sounds like you're doing a good job at both.Before I joined Taxi in 2004 I didn't even know what Electronica was (I'm an old guy). Now it's one of my favorite things to listen to. Your music is very good. It's harder than most people know, to capture that sound and make it subtly evolve. Good stuff,Dave

Thanks! Yeah, it's pretty interesting. I try to be pretty selective about the listings I pitch for. It's actually 5 out of 8 now - just got an email last night. Nothing more has come of it so far, though. My main goal when I decided to join Taxi was to at least make back the money I invested in joining and making submissions (hey, it all adds up). If that happens, I'll renew - if not... well. Probably not.
