Eddie,Congratulations on the deal, and while I appreciate your enthusiasm, I had to edit out the name of the company you signed wth. It's common for less than professional people to stop by, see the company name, then cold call the company and say, "I got your name from TAXI," or something of the sort. Even worse, we've had SOME of those people (who weren't even TAXI members) act like such boneheads that they completely blew our relationships with the companies and destroyed a great source of listings and deals for our members in the process. Thanks for understanding. Congratulations on the deal again!!!MLPS. And I could I twist your arm into losing the TAXI part of your screen name? Some of our staff use TAXI in theirs, and I don't want to have forum folkis get confused as to who is staff and who isn't. Thanks again!!

PS-I love how you protect your members, and are so discriminating with your forwards. The higher the bar, the better for all of us. Please keep it WAY up there!A prominant Nashville producer/publisher once told me.."you can't be AS good, you must be BETTER than what's out there...your job as a writer is to 'contribute' to this great industry, and to make your pitches 'count' because you may only get one shot."That has stuck with me..every time I finish a song, i wonder if I contributed something memorable. It was a great motivating/teaching tool.Thanks again to TAXI for helping all of us be our toughest critcs.Enjoying the process,Eddie
