I didn't hear any squeaks that I thought sounded offensive. I think you could leave those in without them detracting from the song. If you're still not satisfied you could do as Taeko said and find the squeaks in your editor and decrease the gain on them.
On a secondary note, I think you could make it sound much better by checking the timing on the bass and guitar. One thing that's helpful is to solo let's say the guitar track, and listen to it with just a click, or even without a click and see if the soloed track makes you tap your foot. If all the instruments are keeping good time, not just the drums, it's going to make your tracks groove a lot more.

Re: Guitar shuffling problems
Take some wax, a block, you can get it at the grocery store in the baking area, run that up and down your strings over the fingerboard, LIGHTLY. The wax should not be on the fingerboard side of the strings, rather on the finger side of the strings. The wax is made for baking (consumption) and has no "bad" stuff in it that will harm your guitar. Its just pure wax or parafin. Just pay attention when cleaning your fingerboard to get any residue off. The wax fills in the little valleys between the windings on your strings. Your fingers moving over those valleys causes the squeak. Your strings will feel a little slick, something that I hate, but you can get through it same as me for a guitar take! If you've got new strings on, it really shouldn't deaden the sound any as the vibrating string pushes the soft wax around.
Now if you try using something like car wax, well, I wouldn't advise that...

I hear the voice of God in a bending guitar string!

Re: Guitar shuffling problems
That track sounded fine and natural to me.
I'd leave it as is.
My problems tend to be with acoustic strings rather than electric.

I put the kettle on, it didn't suit me.

Re: Guitar shuffling problems
I enjoyed the vibe of this track but I thought that the sixteenth notes on the hats were a bit much (I mean the disco beat).
