Logic Pro 9

Post by DorothyWallace » Sat May 08, 2010 12:33 pm

Can anyone recommend tutorials for a beginner in Logic Pro 9? I'm upgrading from GarageBand so I think I will pick it up pretty quick. I learned GarageBand from watching tutorials starting from square one, but I can't find the same thing for Logic Pro 9.

Thanks,
Dorothy

MacProVideo is one of the best, if not the best. I have all of their Logic Videos and a few others and they are very well done. I often go back and watch them again as a refresher course. I have also learned a ton from the http://www.sonikmatter.com board.

I have ordered a couple of tip books for cubase from amazon, usually just a rehash of the manual or overlooked tricks.
Youtube is a great source!!!

Sweetwater has a tutorial

Most beneficial to me it seems is either the plain old manual or youtube videos, I would think there ought to be some tutorials somewhere on your installation disk also.
