I could imagine a rattle snake resting on a corps in the desert...while one of the CSI's chick is looking in the abandoned car for evidence. :o

Good tune...original looking guitars!

Darren,

Seeing as I have just started building my next guitar I found this vid fascinating and loved that unique sound.

It sounded,... how can I describe it?..... Parcheezy... but very cool.

Hey S E

Yes I'm building it with a through body neck from Carvin. Custom body design with an American Indian design to reflect my Chippewa bloodline. I plan to design the electronics around the 72 Telecaster Custom but the body more akin to a Strat look, only the "horns" won't be contoured in the bodies' wood. I am mounting American bison horns on it.

Very interesting! I'm wondering...if you made a similar instrument out of a Cuban cigar box, would you feel compelled to play a Mamba?

Hello Wayne
Awsome , now that sounds like a guitar !
The necks are all straight through hard wood on mine.
Building and playing your own instrument is a lot of fun.

Hello Harry
Unfortunatly not it always seams to come out kinda swampy no matter what I use.
Saying that though the metal box one kinda had a, well metalic metal sound too it
