web site for film composers - SCOREcast

For those of you who haven't checked out SCOREcast but are interested in film scoring - you should! It is an amazing web site with LOTS of information on the subject of film scoring. Besides "articles" written by different composers for film / TV they also release podcasts regularly. It truly is a wonderful site.

I also wanted to let you know that I just wrote an article for SCOREcast about inspiration. I would love if you read it and left comments. What do you do to get started composing on a day when you feel no inspiration?

One great thing with the site is that they have divided all the articles on the site in categories - Best of SCO, Business, Collaboration, Composing, Gear, Technical and Tips. (top red menu) You can also search articles based on "tags". (drop down menu on the right of the page). I find it a great place to learn new things when I have a moment.
