Hi mojo, I know the clearinghouse you refer to.

As for the forum rules, all I can find is:

"2. Do not post the names or contact information of companies that you have been forwarded to by TAXI."

...which does not seem to preclude general discussion about any given library, but rather the prohibition of naming libraries to which you have been forwarded to by Taxi.

However, I have contemplated PMing a couple of people who I think would have valuable insight.
