Frustrated with NI

So. I E-mailed Native Instruments 2 months ago asking them if my complete classical collection with Kontakt 2 would qualify for an upgrade to the full version of Kontakt 4. They replied and said "yes".
So, I bought it, tried to upgrade, but it failed all the time.
Sent an E-mail to NI and they responded "the free kontakt 2 doesn't qualify for this upgrade"!!!

I'm not happy..

If that's the Kontakt 2 player, that's true - it never qualifies for an upgrade. You'd have to have previously bought a full version of Kontakt to get any of the upgrades.
Sorry for your troubles, man. Sounds like a company misunderstanding :?

After 3 weeks mailing back and forth and decided to call NI in Germany.
They solved the problem in 10 minutes.
Previously the said I should buy the upgrade version, but I needed the cross-grade.
So they switched it digitally somehow and now, finally!
