First Forwards - First Forum Post
Hi All,
I'm new to the Forums. I've been a member for nearly a year but between one thing and another I only began submitting last month. This week I've got 3 forwards for three different listings. Thrilled to bits. The tracks were for a 50s listing, a Jazz Age listing and a Calliope listing through Dispatch. I've got a taste for it now, whether or not I get any immediate placements...!

John,
That's awesome! Is there anywhere we can go to hear the forwarded tracks?

It shows no songs currently uploaded. They might be set to private instead of public?

The songs are there now... and they're all excellent! Each one is a perfect example of the genre for which you wrote it for... the composition, the instrumentation, the mix. Well done!jackmack wrote:Hi All,

Hi John. What a start! Your music sounds like a perfect fit for the listings. Was "Speakeasy Swing" done with real instruments? It really sounds like it was recorded straight to vinyl in the 1920s! Cheers, Doug

Thanks a lot guys. I really appreciate it and It sounds much better coming from other musicians too. Doug, yes - "Speakeasy Swing" was recorded with all real instruments except for an electric piano very low in the mix.
