Slide forward

I did not renew Dispatch this year and then this listing came up:SLOWER, SPOOKY INSTRUMENTAL TRACKS THAT FEATURE SLIDE GUITAR a la Explosions in the Sky, are needed immediately by the Producer of a TV series that chronicles paranormal mysteries on a well-known, real-life Drama Cable station. He said to also think of the Paris, Texas soundtrack for inspiration. Instrumentals only. Broadcast Quality needed (excellent home recordings are fine). Please submit one to three songs or instrumentals online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a YES/NO BASIS - NO CRITIQUES FROM TAXI - and must be received no later than 2:00pm (PST) on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. TAXI #D090728INI thought this sounded interesting and put together a couple tracks and renewed Dispatch. (nothing ventured, nothing gained)One forward:http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... am=trueOne return:http://www.taximusic.com/song.php?song_ ... am=trueThe forwarded track was the second one I recorded. I thought I'd increase my chances of a forward.BTW Two different screeners, I submitted on two different days.At the very least I have a second track to pitch if I'm contacted. and possibly an established work flow to knock out a couple more.Chuck

Congratz Chuck! I also like the return better!
