Is our Music Library Agreement (proposal) OK?

One of my co-writers and I were offered a Music Library Agreement sometime ago, thanks to TAXI, which we got some good advice on, however, I am keen for an experienced library writer/contributor, who has seen a few of these, to take a look at the proposal to see if it is 'standard'.

Would anyone be willing to mentor/help?
