Up until about an hour ago, I wasn't going to attend. Shhh, As of two weeks ago I'm not even a Taxi member. It's a very temporary thing that I'll remedy later this year, but I'm already over committed music wise. Once I get a few big things out of the way, I'll be joining again.

I was talking to Georgie who asked if I was going, I told her no and why but that I was still thinking about flying to LA and crashing the bar scene at the hotel just to meet everyone. She encouraged me to do so and I checked around. As luck would have it, I have friends who live close to the hotel, so I have a free place to stay and a family member was about to loose a plane ticket award that was about to expire.

Soooo, plane ticket secured, lodging secured. If there is still time to register, I'll be Georgie's +1 guest. If that falls through, I'll be hogging the bar at night.

Hi everyone,

This will be my first post on the taxi forum and i am really thrilled to say that this will be my first Road Rally, my first stay in LA and my first stay in the US.
So being excited will not cover the the way i feel about this trip.
I am coming from the Netherlands so it will be a long flight
I've been a taxi member since February this year and i learned a lot from reading the post from all you taxi vets
What i really like is that everyone is positive and supporting on eachother, it's a lot more easy going than i used to encounter in this business.
