the mentor lunch and the 1 to 1 mentor session are two different things. For the 1 to 1 you sign up when you get through registration. It's a good idea to get there as early as possible so there will be some left when you get to the 1 to 1 registration table. The Mentor lunch is different. You order those now. If you have a facebook account go there now right now or call Taxi and see if there are any left. Yesterday had a Taxi post about calling now with the phone number. Hi Alan,
Thanks for answering me. I have gotten my tickets, I was just curious how it works regarding what mentors do you get? Is it just kind of random where you have an assigned seat and some mentors happen to be there or is it more organized?

Hi Simstar,

It is basically luck of the draw for the mentors you get. There aren't assigned seats, you just sit down at a table of 10. You'll be with 9 other Taxi members and one mentor. The good news is the mentors rotate every 20-30 minutes or so, so you will get about 4 different mentors that will come and sit at your table.

A tip - if at all possible, sit as close to that "mentor seat" as possible, because it gets noisy with all the talking going on, and that way you'll be able to catch every detail of what the mentor says to your group.

due to an internet dilemma and time zone delays ,I missed out on the mentor lunch tickets...as i received the email a week late
If you know anyone who isn't gunna make it ,or have a spare..i would be eternally grateful... as i am travelling a million miles to be here ,and am rather disappointed I missed out , on a decent lunch in LA due to circumstances beyond my control
