I was so sad to leave the Rally! So many feel-good vibes, tons of inspiration, and so much great information! I don't think I'll ever get sick of this conference. Thanks so much to Michael, Tina, and everyone else on the Taxi staff who work so hard. You guys ROCK.
For the first time ever, one of my songs was played in a listening panel...but that's because Michael played it as an example of a song that gets lots of forwards! Thanks for the props, Michael!
I even totally lost my voice halfway through, I'm still relatively "mute" as I type, but still worth it, still loved it!
As everyone else has already mentioned, the level of talent and quality of work has gone up exponentially since my first rally in 2004. And I think my own improvement is also an example of this. When we open ourselves up to critique, let go of our egos, and put ourselves to work, great things happen. So let's keep working hard and keep improving our collective awesomeness!
Cheers to all of you for your great vibes and awesome work. I can't wait to see you all and hear your great music again next year!
Rock!
Adrianne

imagine if John Williams and Trent Reznor met at Bernard Hermann's for lunch and Brian Eno was the head chef!

I have noticed a trend, the more egoism, the more I need to work on something , strange it works in reverse.

Same here Adrianne!
This was my fifth rally and I was blown away. More pure talent every year - I can't imagine what next year will bring!

I've really noticed this too. It's quite an eye-opener about how the the high bar keeps notching upwards.adrianne76 wrote: As everyone else has already mentioned, the level of talent and quality of work has gone up exponentially since my first rally in 2004.
Hope to meet you next time Adrianne.
