You mentioned that you are a lyricist. I just wanted to double check something... Do you have both lyrics and music or only lyrics? Sorry if it's a dumb question.

If you only have lyrics at this point you would first need to find a music collaborator so you have a full product to bring a demo producer. Demo producers are not in the business of setting your words to music. Any company that advertises otherwise is almost always not on the up and up.

I don't know off the top of my head any demo folks who specialize in R&B. Is it possible for you to post a link to a rough recording of what you want demo'd to help guide us? That might give us some ideas. If you don't want it to be public, feel free to send me a PM.
