Film Noir

Post by crs7string » Wed Jan 05, 2011 4:59 pm

In 2008 Taxi ran a bunch of listings for a new start-up library. The two owners are long time pros and used TAXI to find composers.

I was fortunate to sign a bunch of tracks with them.

They contacted me recently requesting three Film Noir tracks.

I haven't posted any music in a while so I thought I'd put them up on the Forum.

I had a lot of fun doing these. I hope you enjoy listening. The tracks are already accepted by the library after a couple mix tweaks.

Thanks for all the nice comments.

This opp was the first time I was contacted as a " go to guy" for a genre.

I realize a film Noir track will not be used as much as a current hip hop or pop rock track, but these should have a long "shelf life".

I like working with this library. The final edits were delivered last Weds. These tracks are already registered with BMI.
