Thanks Matto and to everyone for helping clarify. I want to be clear that I don't think I spoke to the right person when I called. She had to got speak with someone else, and I suspect that things might have been lost in translation. I'm going with the direction that Matto, Mazz, Cr7Str and others on this thread have given.
