Orchestra/Synth Dispatch, me too!
3/3 with a few different styles. None were initially started specifically for the listing, but the first one was customized to be more 'Speed Racer' and will also be submitted to the world music action listing after some more tweaking.http://www.taximusic.com/stream/252919/ ... nal.mp3I'm pretty happy to finally see some good orchestral listings as I've only been on Taxi for a few months and it's been pretty sparse until now. Now things'll start rolling!

Hey Randin,I think I'm about to run out and get a dig! I'm assuming that was creating that low pulsating sound in worldactioncomedy. You've got a really nice sound. OrchestralHighDrama sounds really full. What library are you using? I dig the tone of the strings!Nice brass tonging in actionfinal! Really good control of whatever library your using.Great stuff.Congrats!BPS. The instrumental listings do come in cycles around these parts. They're here, but you've got to be patient and let em come to you. It's like fishing, bring beer!

Yep, that's didjeridu. It's actually only in there because the first 30 seconds of this was a demo for a comedy short, and the producer specifically asked for didj!I've been a VSL guy. I just bought a big chunk of EWQL but not the orchestra and piano, because I'm so happy with VSL, but I'm thinking I'll get those this month before the 2 for 1 deal is out. My impression just from listening to other people's tracks on here is that VSL has better strings (maybe until the Hollywood Strings comes out?!) but EWQL's brass is fatter. I actually have been disappointed with the EWQL stuff so far in terms of the number of velocity layers and overall playability for realism, but I trust that's better addressed in the big orchestral package than it is in the Silk, RA, Goliath, etc. that I have now.Oh - RA's djembe ensemble makes an appearance on World Action Comedy (clever name, eh?) as EWQL's debut in my repertoire. And sorry, it'll have to be a smoothie or something on the fishing trip. Maybe a ginger beer. Gluten intolerance=no beer.

I got wind of'em but haven't checked'em out yet. Might have to wait for the next big paycheck! The only problem is I've gotten into so much new software so quickly, I have no idea what I've got already!

Trashed that, problem solved. Silly me!
