My song will be in the documentary, "Damn!"

Well, it's supposed to, hopefully. I signed the contract two weeks ago. You never know what will end up on the cutting room floor, but Kristian Almgren, one of the film makers said they will use a clip from my Youtube video, "The Rent Is Too Damn High." Last fall, when Jimmy McMillan of the "Rent Is Too Damn High" party ran for NY governor, I wrote a song about it 'coz I thought he was an interesting person. Two young film makers found my song on my Youtube channel, and they're gonna use it. This documentary will probably only appear in cities like NYC, Los Angeles, Washington and Boston 'coz its funds are limited, but I'm excited to be in it anyway. And a l'il plug for TAXI too....I think they helped my songwriting skills (with their critiques) to the point where I'm now getting some opportunites.

I swear to God, I thought I posted this in the General Hangout section, unless this thread got moved or I made a mistake. If the moderators want to move this to "General Hangout" or to the Shameless Self Promotion thread, they can. I do understand this is a thread reserved for TAXI deals....don't know how this happened.

Although I don't mind being a TAXI success story in a round a bout way, they have helped my music in many ways!
