Hey Brandon,
This is good stuff. I can't imagine why it wasn't forwarded. I learn a lot reading these forums and checking out other TAXI members music, but just as much as I learn a lot, I also at times end up more confused. This is one of those times.
Keep playing and plugging, God didn't give us our talents to not use them.

Hey Brandon,

as you know, I'm in the same boat as you.

I think "There's Hope Ahead" is perfect for the listing - I certainly would have forwarded it. "You're No Mistake" is also really good, but it felt like there may have been some timing/groove issues with the drums, and the snare may be too big or hard-hitting for the style. Those are minor quibbles, though.

After hearing these, I feel less bad about getting returned myself. But I really sympathize with you; I've been on quite a cold streak myself.

I actually really liked both songs - a lot. Like they made my afternoon. Thank you.

My only ideas on return: Possibly they were looking for a particular mood, and these weren't it. Also, there were a few times where it sounded (to me) a tiny bit like things weren't 100% locked into each other. Those are my only ideas...
