Returns of a Y/N basis - meanings etc

Hi folks!

I am hoping to understand the Y/N return reply.

A recent return was a Y/N has some extra info, it says:

Reasons not Forwarded:

Not Master/Broadcast Quality (in bold)

>> then some check boxes

Vocal Performance (ticked)
Instrumental Performance (unticked)
Recording (unticked)

Stylistically Off Target(unticked)
Music (ticked)
Lyrics (ticked)
Other(unticked)

Does that mean not broadcast quality for all those that are ticked ??

I hope its cool to reveal detail of a return, that this is the right place to post such.
I got a bit confused.

The tune is called BURN from http://www.taxi.com/wackykites if a listen helps

I am buzzing to learn and get better and would love to take these pointers as instruction, if i can understand them, sorry if I am being dumb

If anyone can help or pass me to a thread explaining more (couldnt find one) that would be super doooper !

The 3 checkboxes under the bold Not Master/Broadcast Quality are reasons why it's not Master/Broadcast Quality. The other checkboxes are separate items as to why your track may have been returned.

I thought not master/broadcast quality meant quality of the engineering of the production.

Meanin, I could record a fork scraping a chalkboard with a loud jackhammer for backing in high mega studio audio master quality and it would be master/broadcast quality.

What I am understanding is that master/broadcast quality is a generic term for everything and appears on all returns.
