What video editor do you use to make the intro? (Was thinking about doing something similar for keys but
want to do some cool visual things with it).

I use iMovie.
I actually had the intro professionally created for me to help "brand" the series.

I went to fiverr.com they have a TON of graphic artists (and MANY others) there doing all sorts of services for just $5!!
