If your song has a LITTLE twang to it, that could work, but DO NOT submit Country for this. This show also has a dark-ish, gritty, greasy feel to it, and they need SONGS that reflect that. LYRIC THEMES should be about being lonely, emotionally lost, troubled, troubled times, hard times, being tough, being a badass, etc. As always, DO NOT rip-off or copy the referenced aritsts in any way, shape or form. UNIVERSAL LYRIC THEMES will do best for this pitch. AVOID specifics like names and places. Full-length songs only. MALE or FEMALE VOCALS are both okay for this pitch. All submissions need to be Broadcast Quality (excellent home recordings are fine), though it's notable that the referenced artists are pretty LO-FI, so check them out to see how slick they are NOT! You must own or control 100% of the Master and Composition rights. This is DIRECT to the Music Supervisor, so you will KEEP 100% of the income should you get a placement.
